Theory

This section presents the theoretical foundation behind the **MQED-QD** toolkit.
We begin with the macroscopic quantum electrodynamics (MQED) framework that
underpins all simulations — including the dyadic Green's function, dipole--dipole
interaction, generalized dissipation, and the resonance energy transfer enhancement
factor — and then describe the specific geometries for which the Green's function
is evaluated.
